This book reminded me a lot of The Martian which is why I picked it up.
Set in the 1970’s, Apollo 18 is publicly the last moon mission but secretly a military sabotage of a newly launched Soviet spy space station. What should have been easy turns into a web of wrong turns that leads to discoveries that lead to several murders.
I loved how Chris Hadfield (a retired astronaut) weaves the narrative with the technical, so it becomes fun to learn more about the craft of aerospace.
